This lesson has come to me in many different ways for a lot of years. Once it beckoned me to be like a flower and grow where I was planted. Another time it came to me like it came to Ezekiel, asking me not to give up on the dry bones in front of me but to believe that there is still life in them. Today it came to me like rushing water, a spring of life. It told me that there is water inside of me that is always fresh and that never runs dry. The days when it feels like I am waking up and marching out into a world that is in a drought, are the days that I have forgotten the flowing river within. We all get tired. We all get thirsty. We all feel dry sometimes. Remember the water you have in you and drink up. Take a big gulp of life today and never look back.
