My Next Great Robbery

blog12

Without realizing what I was doing, I have been planning my next great robbery. Taking what doesn’t belong to me has been my greatest hindrance in gaining closeness with Praise. Do I really believe that I can steal victory from the Keeper whose only form of currency is presence? The price of all the years I wasted trying to purchase the blueprints of my destiny is too costly to imagine repaying. Not until I truly believe that I am now, and will forever be, a work in progress will I be able to begin making payments on the debt of sand that I owe to the Hourglass. To buy success is simple. It costs exactly one lifetime – no more and no less. Blessings must be given because in all our days for all our lives, we will never be able to afford something that is not for sale.
